Francis Koenig, CEO and Founder, is a 2nd-generation hedge fund veteran. He was formerly CEO and Founder of Beverly Hills based Koenig Venture Partners, a hedge fund incubator that helped launch small and mid-size hedge fund managers. Mr. Koenig began his career with Koenig Advisors/New World Partners, a New York-based hedge fund manager and NASD Broker Dealer where he obtained the NASD Series 7, 66, 24, and 4 licenses, and advanced to the position of Managing Director. He has also held senior level positions with Merrill Lynch and WestPark Capital, he has been instrumental in the growth and development of several internet and technology companies, and has been involved in more than 60 public and private transactions to date.

Alan Ramer, Senior Vice President, is a 30 year veteran of the entertainment industry. As an established Los Angeles entrepreneur and a Peabody Award Documentary film maker, Alan acquired Hittsville USA, from Motown Records’ founder Berry Gordy, and successfully rebuilt that studio complex into a state of the art audio post production facility SoundWorks West, Ltd. Since then he has assisted companies in business development and/or becoming public and has helped complete transactions exceeding $300 million. Formerly he was CEO of First American Electronic Payment Solutions Inc., a global payment processing company, has held NASD Series 22 and 63 Licenses, is a licensed California Real Estate Agent, a 25 year member of the National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences, he was appointed Adjunct Professor at NYU's School of Music Business Technology and served on its Board of Advisors.

Andrew Oleykowski, Chief Operating Officer, is a veteran business operations manager with hands on hardware and systems integration experience. Before helping to launch AdultVest, Inc. he was in charge of technical operations for one of the world’s leading data management and records storage companies, Iron Mountain, where he was responsible for the management and oversight of more than 100 facilities and managed the complete systems integration of 10 new corporate acquisitions consisting of more than 2 dozen separate facilities.

James Granahan, Chief Financial Officer, has over 35 years experience in banking, corporate finance, and accounting. As Regional Vice President at Bank of America he was the lead banker in more than eight bank acquisitions exceeding $200 million, and served as a senior member of the audit team on all FDIC takeovers. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Granahan has been instrumental in assisting hundreds of small business with all aspects of business operations, including human resources, sales, marketing, financial controls, credit, banking, finance, forensic accounting, acquisition and legal structure.

Adam Shuman, Director of Investor Relations, comes to AdultVest with vast experience in sales, marketing, event planning, customer and vendor relations. As one of the original VIP Hosts in Miami Beach in the mid 90's, he consulted for the most sought - after nightspots in South Beach. He established a reputation for working with high - profile clients and celebrities and was recognized as both an innovator and leader in the hospitality business. The high demand for lifestyle management prompted him to start VIP Solutions, a lifestyle management and VIP concierge service for high net worth individuals and companies that included body guards, jet, yacht, limousine and luxury charters for high-demand Lifestyle. Mr. Shuman received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Plymouth State University.

Dr. Boris Krakov, Director - Information Technology, has more than 25 years of experience in information technology and computer calculations. He holds a PhD degree in theoretical and mathematical physics from the Institute of Nuclear Physics, located in the former Soviet Union. Dr. Karkov is proficient in 14 different programming languages, 6 different operating systems, 5 different database platforms, and is a leading authority in the development many Web 2.0 technologies.

Cormac Foster, Director - Product Development, has nearly 15 years in systems development, business analysis, and information technology research. Mr. Foster has developed and managed several adult affiliate programs and payment processing systems, including AdultCheck, ACMoviePass, and EGSPay.  At Jupiter Research, Cormac advised AOL/Time Warner, CBS, Ford Motor Company, Sprint Nextel Corporation,  and dozens of other Fortune 1000 companies regarding their technology choices and business strategies. At CNET, he managed the implementation of the company's first content management system and supervised the creation of a network of related sites.  As a director of product management and a quality assurance engineer, Cormac has created white papers, business process manuals, and product specifications for Avocent, Borland Software, Research In Motion, the Tata Group, and many other software and service providers. He holds a BA from Columbia University.

Al Jones, Business Development and Special Events Coordinator, is an expert public speaker, event coordinator, and recruiter. After graduating with a degree in Journalism, he began his career with Boyd Gaming in the Public Relations and Casino Marketing departments, where he managed relationships with their high stakes gaming clients. As a senior executive, he spent 10 years helping to build Model Search America into the largest and most successful scouting company in the history of the model and talent convention business. He has conducted over 2000 speaking engagements, co-coordinated over 150 talent conventions, and has trained over a dozen employees on sales and public speaking.

Mara Epstein, Business Development Consultant, is one of the few people in the adult industry who has worked for not one, but two publicly traded adult entertainment companies, having served as Head of Sales for both (Private Media Group “PRVT” and New Frontier “NOOF”). She has over 25 years experience in adult entertainment and has worked for and with almost every major adult entertainment company in the business.
